- Legal description and recorded deed
- Site plan or survey, if available
- Poultry house specifications: number, size, age, and construction type
- Recent upgrades or capital improvements
- Grower/integrator contract summary, where appropriate to disclose
- Two to three years of income and expense information, if available
- Prior appraisal reports, if any
- Loan purpose and intended use
